Our Services

Every project and programme is an opportunity to innovate and find better ways to deliver.

Flyash Services

Fly ash, also known as "pulverised fuel ash" in the United Kingdom, is one of the residues generated by coal combustion, and is composed of the fine particles that are driven out of the boiler with the flue gases.

RMC Services

Production of ready-mixed concrete in the mixing stations in accordance with the specifications and defined performance through mix design and then moving the ready mixed concrete to sites by using mixers.

Construction

Far more than just buildings, we see property in terms of its larger context.

GGBS Services

GGBS is a fine white powder that is used in concrete as cement. In the production of ready mix concrete GGBS replaces a substantial portion of the Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) content.

Full Service

All our supplied range of Fly Ash is highly demanded in different constructional areas. These fly ashes are also demanded in different production areas to assist several needs. All our ashes are safe to use and do not cause harm to the users. These do not absorb moisture from air. Customers can avail our ashes at reasonable price The services which we provide to our customers & sources as below.

Flyash Services

Fly ash, also known as "pulverised fuel ash" in the United Kingdom, is one of the residues generated by coal combustion, and is composed of the fine particles that are driven out of the boiler with the flue gases. Ash that falls in the bottom of the boiler is called bottom ash. Fly ash is generally captured by electrostatic precipitators or other particle filtration equipment before the flue gases reach the chimneys of coal-fired power plants, and together with bottom ash removed from the bottom of the boiler is known as coal ash.

Features of Fly Ash

  • Spherical Shape
  • Ball Bearing Effect
  • Higher Strength
  • Decreased Permeability
  • Increased Durability
  • Reduced Sulfate Attack
  • Reduced Efflorescence
  • Reduced Shrinkage
  • Reduced Heat of Hydration
  • Reduced Alkali Silica Reactivity
  • Ease of Pumping
  • Reduced Slump

RMC Services

Ready-mixed concrete is one of the main businesses of RMC Readymix (India) (A Division of Prism Cement Limited) Beginning with 1996 by setting up the first plant in Mumbai, the Company expanded its network of state-of-the-art concrete batching and mixing plants to more than 50 locations in the country. The Company produces and supplies tailor-made concretes to suit differing customer needs.Fully automated plant with computerised.
Ready mix technology is based on the production of ready mixed concrete in the mixing stations in accordance with the specifications and defined performance through mix design and then moving the ready mixed concrete to sites by using mixers.

GGBS Services

GGBS is a fine white powder that is used in concrete as cement. In the production of ready mix concrete GGBS replaces a substantial portion of the Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) content. This substitution can be in the range of 50-70 % depending on quality of materials used. Higher the proportion, the better is the durability. GGBS is also used in other forms of concrete including site- batched & precast.

SHOWCASING YOUR PORTFOLIO

We are the eminent organization of the industry that is into offering Fly Ash. The ash that we offer is a residual component of coal obtained by its combustion. This ash is used after recycling in various industrial applications. The fine quality ash is provided to our customers in bulk quantities. Our ash is ensured to be pure and free from impurities.

We offer this ash in different quantities and packs as per the requirement of the client. These ashes are made to be tested on different measures to assure their premium quality. The offered ash is comprised of the non-combustible mineral portion of coal. Further, this Fly Ash is first ground to the fineness of powder.

For the total customer satisfaction, we are offering them a wide array of Fly Ash that is also known as flue-ash. A bulk of Fly Ash is a kind of artificial pozzolan that is particularly produced to attain maximum performance on most of the concrete and cement applications. Also, our Fly Ash is tested by us properly for assuring its effectiveness and purity.

We can supply any bulk quantity of Fly Ash with best prices.

We procure Fly Ash from majour Thermal Power Plants, Classify and process them,So that they are best suited for export purpose.By classifying and processing, we ensure that a large proportion of our Fly Ash is composed of fine particles, which results in a more controlled and consistent product.
